Blog post number 1.

Well since I really have no idea what I'm going to blog about today I'll talk about a movie I saw today. That movie is Youth in Revolt. Which stars Micheal Cera. I can tell you now I am not a fan of him. I can't stand how awkward he is in most of the movies he plays in. His career (at least his mainstream career I'm not sure if he acted in any lesser known movies.) all started from Super bad and from after that he seems to be type cast as an awkward character. Anyways back on track the movie was alright. It was full of jokes about sex and it sort of poked fun at Micheal being an awkward character and having to invent an alternate persona named Francoise (sp?) to do things that he wouldn't do to get the girl of his dreams. I would say her name but i actually cant recall it... But his alter ego didn't really show up to much in the movie. You could probably count the incidences in which he shows up on one hand which got me a little mad because i assumed he would be in the movie more due to the commercials. Speaking of people who didn't show up to much in the movie. The guy from the hangover who was in the movie (Don't get mad i heard them actually say that in a commercial for this movie.) actually dies off from a random heart attack! But there is some good in this movie. The ending wasn't as typical as all romantic comedies. He gets sent of to jail... but only for 3 months. But still it was a little different at least enough for me to at least mention it. Also the movie opens quite strong as you get to hear Micheal's pants as he lays in bed with a magazine..... All in all the movie is good if you like sexual humor. But if I was a real critic I'd only give the movie 1 star out of 5.
